Yellow Kite Nursery, a well-established British early years setting in Dubai, is hiring a Nursery Administrator.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, handling enquiries, and welcoming visitors
  • Filing and general office administration
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • Booking flights and appointments for staff
  • Coordinating with marketing collaborators
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator with great customer service skills
  • Proactive, organised, and reliable
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with AI tools

Desirable (not required):

  • Social media content creation/editing
  • WhatsApp broadcast management
  • Website editing experience

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
