We are an exciting new Caribbean restaurant bringing bold, authentic flavours to the heart of Dubai. Our mission is to celebrate the richness of Caribbean cuisine while blending tradition with creativity in a vibrant dining experience.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef with strong experience working in a kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients, and be able to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Caribbean dishes (e.g., jerk, curry, stews, grilled meats, seafood)
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Manage kitchen operations during service
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking methods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Food hygiene certification (preferred)
  • Passion for food, creativity, and cultural authenticity
