About Align Health

At Align Health, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction. As our clinics continue to grow, we are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Patient Contact Centre Administrator to join our central support team.

This is a back-of-house role responsible for managing patient communications, appointment bookings and enquiries across all Align Health locations. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to WhatsApp, email, website and social media enquiries.
  • Book, amend and cancel patient appointments across multiple clinic locations.
  • Convert new enquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Follow up missed calls, online enquiries and appointment requests.
  • Re-engage inactive patients through outbound calls and messages.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, clinicians and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records within our electronic medical record system.
  • Escalate complaints or clinical queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Liaise with front desk teams to ensure smooth patient scheduling.
  • Monitor enquiry volumes and maintain excellent response times across all communication channels.
  • Support promotional campaigns by responding to marketing-generated enquiries.
  • Produce daily reports on enquiry volumes, bookings and conversion rates.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • MUST have previous experience within a call centre, customer service or administration role.
  • MUST have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • MUST be confident speaking with patients over the telephone.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
