Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Female Patient Coordinator to join our growing medical center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, following up with leads, converting inquiries into appointments, and supporting patients throughout their journey with the center.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new and existing patient inquiries and leads.
- Understand patients’ needs, preferences, and treatment interests.
- Explain suitable services, offers, and treatment options to patients.
- Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales.
- Communicate with patients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in patient coordination, call center, tele sales, customer service, or medical/beauty sales
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand patient needs and confidently recommend suitable services.
- Target-oriented, motivated, and organized.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems.
- Professional communication style and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
Salary & Benefits:
- Full-time position.
- Monthly salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000, depending on skills and experience.
