Job Title: Typing Center Agent – Visa & Government Services We are looking for an experienced Typing Center Agent to join our team in Dubai.

The candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE typing center work, government portals, visa applications, Emirates ID, medical typing, labor services, immigration services, and other legal/document submission processes.

The main requirement is strong experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a UAE typing center

- 6 years of experience preferred

- Good knowledge of UAE government systems and document submission procedures

- Experience with visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical, labor, immigration, and other related services

- Good communication and customer service skills - Good typing speed and attention to detail

- Must be able to work independently and complete tasks accurately

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit documents through UAE government portals

- Handle visa, Emirates ID, medical, labor, immigration, and related applications

- Assist customers with required documents and application procedures

- Follow up on applications and update customers when required

- Maintain proper records of submitted applications

- Ensure all information is entered correctly before submission

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience
