Patient Care Coordinator

At Invisalign Centre Dubai, we believe that every patients should feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for from the moment they contact our clinic. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Patient Care Coordinator who can manage appointments, communicate clearly with patients, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our dental clinic.

This role is more than answering calls and booking appointments. It is about creating a positive experience for patients, staying one step ahead, and making sure every patient receives timely and attentive support. You will be the main point of contact for patients, doctors, and the clinical team.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Receptionist in a Dental Clinic and understand the unique needs of patients in a dental setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up as needed.
  • Handle cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Register new patients and maintain complete and accurate records.
  • Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Process insurance approvals and follow up on pending requests.
  • Manage billing, payments, and receipts when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Keep the reception area organised and presentable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Dental Receptionist in a Private Dental Clinic.
  • Strong understanding of dental appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
  • Experience dealing and communicating effectively with patients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processes, and clinic software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.
