JOB SUMMARY

Skinberry Clinic is seeking an experienced and detail-orientated clinic manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent client experience, maintain regulatory and safety compliance, and drive the overall efficiency and growth of the clinic. This role requires strong leadership; organizational skills; a good understanding of aesthetic treatments such as facials, teen facials, teen HydraFacial, ear piercing, HydraFacial, carbon laser, Dermapen, laser procedures, fillers, Botox, and skin boosters — and a clear strategy for growing the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across all treatment rooms and departments.

Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and treatment room utilization for maximum efficiency. Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products, consumables, and equipment used for facials, teen facials, teen HydraFacials, ear piercing, HydraFacials, carbon laser, Dermapen, laser, filler, Botox, and skin booster treatments.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Place orders with suppliers as needed to keep stock levels adequate.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff, including aestheticians, nurses/injectors, and front desk personnel.

Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for client appointments, including monitoring attendance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve service delivery. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Client Experience & Sales

Ensure clients receive a consistently excellent experience from booking through to aftercare.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Support the sales of treatment packages, memberships, and retail skincare products to meet clinic revenue targets.

Develop promotional campaigns to attract new clients.

Financial & Administrative Management

Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention and referrals. Develop and execute a clear growth strategy to boost client acquisition, treatment sales, and overall clinic revenue.

Manage the clinic's budget, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving revenue and profitability goals.

Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, sales, and staff productivity. Oversee billing, payments, and reconciliation of daily transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors for equipment, products, and maintenance services. Minimise product wastage and stock losses.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure all treatments (facials, laser, filler, Botox, skin boosters) are carried out in line with clinic protocols and safety standards.

Maintain proper documentation, including client records, consent forms, and treatment notes, and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and regulatory requirements in aesthetics and skin care.

Implement company policies and standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, health sciences, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a managerial role, preferably within a spa, aesthetics clinic, or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments (facials, laser, fillers, Botox, skin boosters) is a strong advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in clinic management software, MS Office, and basic financial reporting. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Must come prepared with a clear strategy for driving business growth, increasing client acquisition, and boosting overall clinic revenue.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.
