Full job description

  • Assist in preparing and coordinating documents, drawings, and applications required for authority approvals for construction and fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and technical teams to collect and verify information required for submissions.
  • Assist with submissions to relevant authorities and track applications, comments, revisions, and approvals.
  • Follow up with authorities, consultants, and internal teams on pending submissions and approval requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing authority comments and coordinating the required revisions with the design team.
  • Maintain updated records of approvals, permits, NOCs, drawings, correspondence, and submission documents.
  • Support Project Managers with authority-related requirements, including access permits, gate passes, inspections, and site-related approvals.
  • Monitor approval timelines and highlight delays or pending actions to the senior team.
  • Prepare regular updates on submission and approval status and assist with maintaining approval trackers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department head related to the role and its processes.
