Job Title: QHSE Officer (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)Job Summary:

The QHSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization. The role involves implementing policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor workplace safety practices and enforce safety regulations
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
  • Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
  • Maintain QHSE documentation and records
  • Coordinate with management and external auditors during inspections
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in QHSE or similar role
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
