Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and reliable Childcare Assistant to support the daily care, supervision, and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with age-appropriate activities, maintain a clean and organized space, and ensure the well-being of children under their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising children throughout the day.
• Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Help with feeding, dressing, toileting, and maintaining hygiene when required.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
• Assist with preparing learning materials and play activities.
• Observe and report any concerns regarding children's health or behavior.
• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, nursery, preschool, daycare, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of child development and childcare practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work patiently and compassionately with children.
• Physically able to assist with childcare activities.
• Basic English communication skills.
• First Aid certification is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience working in a nursery, daycare, school, or private childcare setting.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
