Video Editor (Full-Time, 6-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our creative team to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging video content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and branded content
  • Assemble and organize raw footage into polished final deliverables
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects where required
  • Perform basic color correction and grading
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers throughout the production process
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing and post-production
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects
  • Knowledge of sound design and color grading
