About the Role

The Loft Fifth Avenue is looking for an experienced and professional Moroccan Bath Therapist to join our team as we introduce our new Moroccan Bath service in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience performing authentic Moroccan Bath treatments and be confident in delivering a high-quality, relaxing and personalized experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform traditional Moroccan Bath / Hammam treatments according to professional standards and The Loft's service protocols.
• Prepare and set up the Moroccan Bath room before each treatment, ensuring all products, towels and equipment are ready.
• Welcome guests professionally and explain the treatment process, products and aftercare.
• Perform treatments including:
• Steam and preparation of the skin
• Application of black Moroccan soap (Beldi soap)
• Full-body exfoliation using a Kessa glove
• Body cleansing and rinsing
• Application of Ghassoul/Rhassoul clay
• Application of Moroccan oils, masks and other traditional products when required
• Body moisturizing and finishing treatments
• Adjust the treatment according to the guest's skin type, preferences and comfort level.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness throughout every treatment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure treatment areas are properly sanitized between guests.
• Monitor water and steam temperature and ensure the guest remains comfortable and safe throughout the service.
• Recommend suitable treatments and Moroccan Bath products based on the guest's needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the products used and their benefits.
• Support the team in maintaining an exceptional luxury guest experience.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of Moroccan Bath products and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Handle guest questions, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Follow The Loft's grooming, uniform and professional standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Moroccan Bath / Hammam Therapist.
• Previous experience in a Moroccan Hammam, luxury spa, beauty salon or wellness center is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of traditional Moroccan Bath techniques and products.
• Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Good understanding of different skin types and appropriate treatment techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent personal presentation.
• Warm, friendly and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a premium or luxury beauty/wellness environment.
• Knowledge of additional body treatments, scrubs or spa services.
• Ability to recommend and upsell relevant treatments and products in a natural and professional manner.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
• Relevant beauty, spa or Hammam certification is an advantage.
