Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Technician with strong expertise in iPhone and Samsung repair and refurbishment.
The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in advanced repair techniques and the ability to maintain premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair iPhone & Samsung devices professionally
  • Perform:
  • GLASS / LCD Replacement
  • Back Glass Change (Laser Machine Required)
  • Full Housing Change
  • Refurbishment & cosmetic restoration
  • Ensure high precision and finishing quality
  • Maintain repair turnaround time without compromising quality
  • Communicate repair status, parts requirements, and timelines with the team
  • Stay updated with new models, software updates, and repair technologies
  • Maintain a clean and organized technical workspace

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile repair (Required)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Back Glass changing using Laser Machine (Required)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Glass/LCD replacement (Required)
  • Strong experience in phone refurbishment
