Full job description

Arabic & English (Female Only)

  • Patient and visitor management: Greet patients and visitors professionally in person and on the phone, answer inquiries, and provide direction.
  • Appointment scheduling: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, and manage provider schedules efficiently.
  • Administrative and clerical tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and handling mail and faxes.
  • Patient record management: Update and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. This also includes assisting patients with paperwork and medical forms.
  • Financial administration: Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays and other patient fees, and process payments.
  • Communication and coordination: Answer and direct phone calls, coordinate with medical staff, and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Front desk operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
