Glass Fitter
UAE Experience

A skilled and detail-oriented Glass Fitter with hands-on experience in the UAE construction and fit-out industry. Experienced in installing, repairing, and replacing various types of architectural glass, aluminium systems, curtain walls, glass partitions, shower enclosures, mirrors, shopfronts, and façade glazing for commercial, residential, and high-rise projects. Proficient in reading technical drawings, taking accurate site measurements, and ensuring installations meet project specifications and UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installed tempered, laminated, insulated, and double-glazed glass for commercial and residential projects.
  • Fitted aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, shopfronts, glass partitions, and shower enclosures.
  • Performed site measurements and interpreted shop drawings and technical specifications.
  • Installed structural glazing systems, frameless glass, mirrors, balustrades, and skylights.
  • Applied silicone sealants, rubber gaskets, and glazing accessories to ensure waterproof and secure installations.
  • Repaired and replaced damaged glass while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.
  • Operated hand and power tools safely and maintained equipment in good working condition.
  • Coordinated with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to complete installations within project deadlines.
  • Followed UAE health and safety regulations, including PPE requirements and safe work practices for high-rise installations.
  • Conducted final quality inspections to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and customer satisfaction.
