The Train for Work program at Mubadala Energy is a specialized two-year initiative aimed at fresh graduates, designed to equip them with the skills and experiences necessary to succeed in the energy sector. The program focuses on providing hands-on experience through real-world projects, mentorship from industry experts, and structured training sessions.
The goal is to nurture young talent, develop technical and professional competencies, and ultimately prepare participants for full-time roles within Mubadala Energy or the broader industry.
