Docmed Medical Center is looking for an experienced healthcare professional to oversee overall operations, financial performance, insurance, regulatory compliance, patient experience, business development, staffing, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure MOHAP and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Lead clinical and administrative teams.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Improve patient satisfaction.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Manage insurance operations.
- Monitor KPIs.
- Prepare management reports.
- Coordinate licensing and audits.

Requirements
