What we’re looking for:

  • At least 21 years old
  • At least 163cm tall
  • A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
  • Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

  • Economy Business Class from 12 months
  • Business Class Cabin Senior from 12 months
  • Cabin Senior Cabin Manager from 24 months
