Microbiologist – Indoor Science | Saniservice, Dubai

At Saniservice, Indoor Science is where microbiology meets the built environment — helping clients understand what is happening inside their homes, offices and facilities, and what can be done about it.

Since 2009, we have built our reputation on quality, precision and doing things properly. We are now looking for a Microbiologist with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our Indoor Science team.

Who you are

• You are curious about what cannot be seen.
• You understand microbiology beyond the laboratory and are interested in how microorganisms, indoor environments and building conditions interact.
• You may have experience in microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, air or surface sampling, laboratory analysis, or inspection. More important than titles is your ability to observe carefully, follow scientific procedures, interpret results and communicate your findings clearly.
• You are precise, organised and comfortable working both independently and alongside an operations team.

What you will do

• Conduct microbiological and environmental inspections across residential, commercial and other indoor environments.
• Carry out air, surface and other environmental sampling in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyse and interpret microbiological findings and laboratory results, identifying potential areas of concern.
• Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Support investigations related to indoor air quality, microbial contamination, mould and other indoor environmental conditions.
• Work closely with the Indoor Science and Operations teams to ensure that inspections, sampling and reporting are carried out to the highest standards.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and sampling procedures, while continuously developing your technical knowledge.
