Merchandiser jobs in UAE

The ideal candidate will have experience in footwear or fashion retail and be comfortable working with sales and stock data to ensure the right products are available at the right stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate products to stores based on sales, stock levels, store performance, and product requirements.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales and stock levels.
• Ensure the right styles, colors, and sizes are available across stores.
• Assist with store plans, product layouts, and assortment planning.
• Support the planning and allocation of new product launches and seasonal collections.
• Monitor best sellers, slow-moving products, and stock shortages.
• Arrange stock transfers between stores when required.
• Support replenishment of fast-selling products.
• Prepare regular sales and stock reports using Excel.
• Work closely with Buying, Retail Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Support promotions, seasonal activities, and new store openings.
• Maintain accurate product and stock information in the system.
• Provide recommendations to improve product availability and stock distribution.

Requirements

• Good understanding of retail sales, stock management, and store merchandising.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with ERP or retail systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
