Full job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in real estate administration
  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate procedures
  • Experience with property listing portals and updating listings
  • Experience coordinating developer registrations / developer onboarding
  • Knowledge of developer portals and agent registration
  • Experience preparing property documents, contracts and reports
  • Good knowledge of DLD / RERA procedures
  • Strong MS Office and communication skills
  • Female candidates preferred
  • UAE experience is mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and portals
  • Coordinate developer registrations and onboarding
  • Maintain agent and property documentation
  • Handle RERA/DLD-related administrative requirements
  • Coordinate with developers, agents and clients
  • Prepare reports, contracts and office documentation
  • Support the sales and leasing team
