Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all MEP installation activities at the project site.
  • Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed according to the approved schedule.
  • Attend project coordination meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on site.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work quality meets project requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Verify material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
  • Ensure all MEP works comply with company HSE policies and quality standards.
  • Support project close-out documentation, as-built drawings, and final handover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Drainage systems.
  • Experience coordinating MEP works for commercial, residential, and high-rise building projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.

Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
