Job Title: MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Manager with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in villa and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in the GCC region, with proven expertise in project execution, coordination, and quality control within the construction industry.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to high-profile projects and work within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all MEP activities across projects from design to execution
  • Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budget
  • Ensure all MEP works comply with local authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes
  • Prepare reports and updates for management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
