We are MEP Company urgently seeking for candidate to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Gulf Experience - Minimum 2 Years in MEP Field
• Currently residing in UAE is a must
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines maintaining the high performance standards.
• Strong management skills, specifically in prioritizing tasks and efficiently handling workload.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

• Responsible for storing, maintaining and organizing of entire projects documents safely and properly for efficiently tracking.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• Dispatching & receiving documents and all other correspondences ,Indexing all documents,filing and maintaining and updating logs.
• Responsible for monitoring and preparation of daily & weekly all site related reports.
• Carrying out other day to day administrative tasks including; ensuring proper maintenance of office supplies and site area.
• Preparing Material requisition according to site requirements and follow up to the concern department ensuring there is no pending or delays
