Job Title: Operations Supervisor / Operations Executive (Cleaning Services)Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise operational teams to achieve productivity and performance targets.
  • Prepare operational budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize the utilization of company vehicles and drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with department heads to improve cross-functional communication and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, preferably within the Cleaning Services industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to manage teams, schedules, vehicles, and operational resources efficiently.
