Medical Village is looking for a professional and organized Reception team member to manage patient inquiries, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage WhatsApp, email, and reception communications
• Coordinate between patients and doctors
• Assist with administrative and secretarial duties
• Maintain patient records and follow-ups
• Support basic social media and digital tasks

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Persian (Farsi)
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and patient-focused attitude
• Medical reception or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
