Doctors Center Polyclinic is looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist with strong phlebotomy skills to join our multidisciplinary diagnostic team.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection, phlebotomy, and cannulation safely and professionally.
• Collect, label, process, and handle laboratory specimens accurately.
• Perform routine laboratory testing and operate laboratory analyzers.
• Carry out quality control procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Follow infection-control, laboratory safety, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Provide a professional and reassuring experience to patients.
• Coordinate effectively with physicians and the wider clinical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• Previous laboratory technologist experience.
• Strong hands-on phlebotomy experience is essential.
• DHA license or DHA eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Technologist preferred.
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
