We are looking for a motivated and results-driven *Sales Representative* to join our team in the medical devices and surgical supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

* Promote and sell the company’s medical devices, surgical instruments, and healthcare products.

* Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

* Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and negotiate with customers within company-approved guidelines.

* Follow up on sales leads, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

* Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

* Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events when required.

* Ensure professional and timely communication with customers and business partners.

Requirements:

* Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in medical devices, surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to develop new accounts and generate business independently.

* Target-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.

* Good knowledge of the healthcare/medical market is an advantage.

* Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

* Valid driving license is preferred.
