Pranic Drug Store LLC is expanding its pharmaceutical sales team in the UAE and is looking for experienced Medical Representatives to join our specialized divisions.

We are currently hiring for:

1. Medical Representative – Anesthesia & Hospital Division

Key Product: Sugammadex Injection

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business across hospitals and key healthcare institutions, with a strong focus on anesthesia and critical-care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and generate demand for Sugammadex Injection across the UAE.
• Develop strong professional relationships with anesthesiologists, ICU specialists, hospital pharmacies, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Manage government and private hospital accounts.
• Drive product listings, formulary inclusion, and new-product launches.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

2. Medical Representative – Diabetes Division

Products: Vildagliptin & Metformin Range

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting diabetes products and developing relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Vildagliptin and Metformin products to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with diabetologists, endocrinologists, internal medicine specialists, clinics, pharmacies, and key accounts.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Support product listings and new-product launches.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide product information.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
• Prepare regular sales and territory reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Strong existing network with government and private healthcare accounts across the UAE.
• Proven track record in product launches, product listings, prescription generation, and sales growth.
• Relevant experience in anesthesia, hospital products, diabetes, endocrinology, or related specialties will be highly preferred.
• Strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Ability to independently manage territories, key accounts, and sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business-development abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Candidates who can demonstrate an established UAE healthcare network will have an advantage.
