Job Title: Pharmacist – Drug Store & Regulatory Affairs

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced DRUG STORE Pharmacist to manage the daily operations of our drug store while ensuring full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, licensing procedures, inventory management, import/export coordination, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily drug store operations in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Handle product registrations, renewals, licensing, and regulatory submissions with relevant authorities (MOHAP, Dubai Municipality, etc.).
  • Coordinate import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance support, and supplier communication.
  • Monitor inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and maintain proper stock control.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, registrations, and product documentation.
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support marketplace and distribution compliance requirements for products sold through retail and e-commerce channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Valid UAE Pharmacist License (MOHAP/DHA eligibility or licensed preferred).
  • Experience in drug store operations, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical licensing.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and product registration procedures.
  • Experience with import/export documentation and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical trading, healthcare products, food supplements, or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, MOHAP, customs, and free zone regulatory processes.
