Job Title: ENT Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced ENT Specialist to join our medical team at Doctors Clinic Diagnostic Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, along with experience working in accredited healthcare facilities. The ENT Specialist will be responsible for providing expert consultations, performing diagnostic procedures, managing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with clinical and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with ENT-related conditions, including hearing disorders, sinus issues, allergies, voice disorders, and head & neck problems.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic ENT conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Perform specialized ENT procedures such as endoscopies, ear cleaning, nasal cauterization, and minor outpatient interventions.
• Request and interpret diagnostic tests, including audiometry, imaging, allergy testing, and lab results.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Provide pre- and post-operative consultations when necessary.
• Collaborate with audiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure full compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in internal and external quality improvement programs and clinical audits.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and home-care practices.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or reputable medical center.
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions.
• Experience with ENT diagnostic tools and equipment, including endoscopy systems and audiology instruments.
• Excellent analytical skills, clinical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation practices.
