At The Hundred Wellness Centre, we are looking for a compassionate, sincere, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

This role is ideal for someone who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting others on their wellness journey. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience that reflects our values.

  • Willingness to complete a mandatory 7-day trial period
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Location: Jumeirah 1 (please ensure you can reliably commute)
  • Contract duration: 2 years
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
  • Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Must be flexible to work rotational shifts (morning, mid, evening – assigned weekly)
  • Days off: Friday + 1 additional day (assigned weekly)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Manage emails and follow up on wellness-related requests
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling efficiently
  • Prepare invoices, insurance forms, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate client/patient records within our system
  • Support scheduling for doctors and instructors
  • Update and manage weekly class schedules
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Deliver an exceptional front-desk experience at all times
  • Guide clients in using the Body Composition Analysis machine
  • Assist clients with the infrared sauna experience
  • Manage daily financial tasks (payments, reports, petty cash)
  • Address client feedback with care and escalate when needed
  • Support general administrative duties as required
