Job Purpose

Responsible to promote, support and achieve the assigned sales and marketing of the company’s pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products to healthcare professionals and approved customers while maintaining high standards of customer service, regulatory requirements, product knowledge, accurate reporting, and full compliance with the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Promote approved pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular customer visits according to the approved territory and plan.
• Present accurate and authorized product information using approved promotional materials.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate and follow up customer orders in coordination with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers as well as identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Participate in product launches, medical meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure appropriate follow up.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Collect customer feedback and support the company’s customer satisfaction objectives.
• Comply with the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, policies, SOPs, work instructions, and approved processes.
• Understand and contribute to departmental Quality Objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate, complete, traceable records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and follow-up actions in the approved CRM reporting system.
• Participate in investigation and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities when assigned and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits, external ISO audits and management review inputs providing requested records and evidence.
• Participate in risk identification and communicate operational or customer related risks.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them through the company's approved complaint handling process.
• Report any product quality complaint, adverse event, or safety related information received from customers to the responsible Quality and Pharmacovigilance department according to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or Biology.
• 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare markets, pharmaceutical distribution and medicine store operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good command in English and Arabic.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
