Medical Sales Representative – Retail & B2B Sales

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across retail and B2B channels, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, healthcare professionals, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE healthcare and retail market and proven experience in field sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across retail and B2B channels.
  • Identify and develop new retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate/business accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and account growth.
  • Promote and sell the company's nutraceutical supplements product portfolio.
  • Generate leads through regular market visits, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Negotiate pricing, orders, promotions, and commercial terms with customers..
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, product launches, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to execute business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant sales experience in Nutraceuticals & Pharmaceutical.
  • Prior experience in Dubai/UAE market is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with Pharmacies & wholesalers.
  • Existing relationships/network with pharmacies, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, or retailers will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, territory management, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong target-oriented and business-development mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai retail and healthcare market.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred/advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
