  • Female Arabic speaker (Arabic and English fluency required).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the UAE as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a medical center, dental clinic, or aesthetic healthcare facility.
  • UAE experience must be supported by employment certificates or experience letters.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams, including hiring highly qualified and elite doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient acquisition and revenue.
  • Lead and supervise the clinic's sales and customer service teams.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the medical center to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experience.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire highly qualified doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to achieve business goals.
