Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive – Blue Collar to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating candidate documentation, and ensuring timely deployment of suitable candidates based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and availability.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/final interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an active database of qualified blue-collar candidates.
• Coordinate with manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, and overseas/local sourcing partners as required.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, medical tests, visa/work permits, and joining formalities.
• Ensure candidates are mobilized and deployed within the required timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Handle candidate queries and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, PRO, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support mass recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns when required.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain agreed turnaround times for open positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience recruiting workers such as drivers, technicians, carpenters, forklift operators, helpers, cleaners, workers, warehouse staff, security personnel, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC recruitment and visa processes is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
