Job Summary:
Life Medical Center DMCC is currently seeking a professional and courteous Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting the clinic’s administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about clinic services
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations
• Manage patient files and ensure confidentiality of all medical records
• Process payments, issue invoices/receipts, and handle insurance documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support basic administrative tasks and inventory coordination

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Good knowledge of healthcare systems, patient registration, and appointment scheduling
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Computer-literate with experience in using EMR systems
• Presentable and well-mannered, with a customer-oriented approach
• Must have own visa or be willing to transfer
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
