Junior Supply Chain Coordinator – Marine

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to support our marine and naval activities in Abu Dhabi.

The role combines supply chain coordination, material follow-up, BOM control, field activities, reporting, and general project support. We are looking for someone motivated, practical, and willing to learn, who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities.
• Follow up on materials, equipment, deliveries, and suppliers.
• Manage, update, and control Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Assist with the identification and tracking of boat parts, marine equipment, and related materials.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate material movements, collections, and deliveries when required.
• Carry out field activities and site visits as needed.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), follow up on action points, and assist with meeting agendas.
• Support project teams with material and supply chain requirements.
• Provide support to the Sales Department when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, workshops, and internal departments.
• Help ensure that required materials and equipment are available on time.

Candidate Profile

• Junior profile with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Proactive, practical, and hands-on attitude.
• Willing to work both in the office and in the field when required.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, procurement, marine activities, or technical equipment.
• Knowledge of boat parts or marine equipment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Able and willing to learn how to manage and control Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers, and partners, participate in meetings, write professional emails, and prepare meeting minutes and basic reports in English.
• Reliable and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage several activities at the same time.
• Valid UAE driving licence, or ability to obtain one, is strongly preferred.
• Willing to drive a company vehicle for business-related activities when required.
