Key Responsibilities :
Project Development: Prepare the Master Proposal, conduct healthcare research, analyze UAE market data, and support business planning.
Clinical Governance & Quality: Assist in developing the governance framework, clinical pathways, performance metrics, and prepare for JCI accreditation.
Regulatory Affairs: Support DOH document preparation, research UAE licensing requirements, and manage regulatory submissions.
Medical Recruitment: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and interviewing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Research & Documentation: Review scientific literature, manage document control systems, and prepare executive evidence-based reports.

Qualifications & Skills :
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with 2 to 5 years of clinical experience.
DOH Eligibility or DOH License is preferred.
Prior experience in quality management, healthcare administration, internal medicine, or family medicine is an advantage.
Excellent medical writing, research, and English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
High proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of evidence-based medicine.
