We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical and aesthetic clinic. The successful candidate will ensure smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, staff management, financial performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure all departments work efficiently and collaboratively.

Staff Management

• Supervise reception, nursing, therapists, and administrative teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Address employee concerns and implement disciplinary procedures when required.

Patient Experience

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Resolve patient complaints and service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic licensing requirements.
• Maintain clinic policies in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and operational budgets.
• Track KPIs, productivity, and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Oversee billing processes, cash handling, and financial controls.

Inventory & Procurement

• Manage stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, and retail products.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Ensure stock audits are conducted regularly and accurately.

Marketing & Business Development

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a medical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office.

Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or medical clinics will be highly preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
