Medical Logistics jobs

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including local and international shipments, with exposure to GCC multi-country markets such as Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
• Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with UAE customs and international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, airway bills, and customs documents.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, and transportation challenges.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, sales, regulatory, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and customer requirements.
• Track logistics KPIs and prepare reports on shipment performance, costs, and service levels.
• Support inventory transfers, replenishment planning, and distribution activities.
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate service performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and logistics cost savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of UAE experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or distribution operations.
• Hands-on cross-border logistics experience is mandatory.
• Experience handling imports and exports within GCC markets, with multi-country exposure across Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other regional markets.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, international shipping regulations, and trade documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
