Full job description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory diagnostics and a strong understanding of UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
  • Analyze test results accurately and report findings to physicians
  • Follow quality control procedures and adhere to laboratory safety protocols
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all tests performed
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE
  • Valid DOH license
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automated laboratory systems
