Medical Laboratory Technologist jobs

Micro Health Laboratories, seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting tests, preparing samples, and maintaining lab equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent in performing laboratory tests and experiments.
• Prepare and analyze samples following standard procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Record and document test results accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of chemicals and lab materials as per JCI and CAP accreditation.
• Strong capability to interpret sample results to referral doctors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a UAE laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of lab procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
