Full job description

Docmed Medical Center, Ajman, is seeking an experienced and responsible Insurance Coordinator to manage end-to-end medical insurance operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance processes and be capable of independently handling insurance approvals, billing, claims submission, resubmission, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and approvals.
  • Ensure accurate medical billing, coding verification, and claim preparation.
  • Manage timely insurance claims submission and resubmission.
  • Analyze claim rejections and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform remittance reconciliation, payment allocation, and outstanding receivables follow-up.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs regarding approvals, claims, and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records and prepare regular operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare insurance regulations and payer guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in medical insurance operations within UAE clinics or medical centers.
  • Strong knowledge of the complete revenue cycle management (RCM) process.
  • Proficiency in insurance portals, HIS systems, and MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Immediate joiners only.
