About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Endorsement Specialist to join our Medical Department. In this role, you will manage group medical insurance policy endorsements, such as adding or removing members from policies, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, process management, or operational skills, who are keen to work in insurance and medical policy operations.
Proper handling of endorsements ensures smooth policy servicing, client satisfaction, and business retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle endorsement requests including additions, deletions, corrections, certificates, and cards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all endorsements.
  • Verify certificates and cards before sending to clients.
  • Organize invoices and ensure timely booking in the system.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Support the smooth functioning of the Medical Department’s operations.


Education & Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
Preferred: Any certification or training in insurance operations, medical administration, or office management.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams efficiently


Experience

Minimum 5 years in insurance operations, medical policy servicing, or administrative/operations roles
Experience in Medical / Employee Benefits is a plus, but not mandatory
