Medical Receptionist & Insurance Coordinator (Arab Female)
Company: Dar Al Aman Medical Center
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month (Subject to experience)

About the Role:
Dar Al Aman Medical Center in Sharjah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Arab Female to join our team in as a Receptionist and Medical Insurance Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk reception duties, delivering exceptional patient care, and handling all medical insurance claims and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Customer Service Duties:
- Warmly welcome patients, manage front-desk operations, and direct visitors.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, messaging, and in person.
- Register new patients, create/update medical files, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
- Insurance Coordination & Claims Management:
- Verify patient insurance coverage, network eligibility, and applicable co-payments/deductibles.
- Process Prior Authorizations (PA) for consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments through various TPA portals (e.g., NAS, GlobeMed, ABNIC).
- Ensure correct ICD-10 and CPT medical coding is applied to medical reports.
- Prepare and assist with claim batching, e-claim submissions, and follow up on claim approvals or rejections.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Medical Insurance AND Reception / Customer Service within a healthcare facility in the UAE.
Visa Status: Must possess a valid and active UAE Residency Visa.
Languages: Native in Arabic and Fluent in English.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, basic medical coding knowledge, and familiarity with UAE insurance TPA portals.
