Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Insurance Administrator with 3+ years of experience in handling medical insurance processes, including employee additions, deletions, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will coordinate with employees, insurance brokers, providers, and the finance team to ensure seamless insurance processing. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee additions and deletions from medical insurance policies.
• Handle insurance-related administrative tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with employees, insurance brokers, insurance providers, and finance for policy updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update insurance records accurately.
• Assist employees with insurance-related queries and concerns.
• Prepare and analyze insurance-related reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
