Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations while supporting payroll tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation

* Prepare payroll and track employee attendance and leave

* Support visa processing and employee documentation when required

* Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

* Coordinate employee benefits and HR administration

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

* 3–5 years of experience in HR with accounting exposure

* Knowledge of payroll processing and basic accounting principles

* Familiarity with UAE labor law is preferred

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

* Experience with HR or accounting software is a plus
