Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Medical Provider Network Officer to manage and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers within the company’s medical provider network.

The role will be responsible for provider onboarding, contract coordination, network expansion, provider relationship management, and ensuring that network information remains accurate and up to date. The position requires frequent travel to healthcare facilities; therefore, a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.

· Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing network providers.

· Coordinate provider contracts, agreements, renewals, and required documentation.

· Negotiate tariffs, discounts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions in line with company policies.

· Conduct regular provider visits and meetings to assess service quality, operational issues, and relationship status.

· Monitor provider performance, pricing, accessibility, and network adequacy.

· Handle provider inquiries, complaints, escalations, and operational issues in coordination with relevant internal departments.

· Maintain accurate provider records, contracts, tariffs, contact details, and network status in the company’s systems.

· Support the expansion and optimization of the medical provider network across the UAE.

· Coordinate with Claims, Medical, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and other departments regarding provider-related matters.

· Assist with provider audits, credentialing, documentation verification, and compliance requirements.

· Prepare periodic reports on provider network performance, new additions, renewals, negotiations, and outstanding issues.

· Stay informed about healthcare market developments, provider trends, and competitive tariffs in the UAE.

· Ensure all provider activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable UAE healthcare and insurance regulations.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in medical provider network management, healthcare administration, insurance, TPA, or a similar environment.

· Experience working with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers in the UAE is preferred.

· Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of the UAE healthcare and medical insurance environment.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

· Good command of English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare/insurance systems.

· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

· Willingness and ability to travel across the UAE for provider visits and meetings.
