Masai Medical Equipment Trading is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s breast pumps and related lactation products.
• Identify new business opportunities and approach hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, retailers, and other potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until the sale is completed.
• Monitor market activity, customer needs, and competitor developments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and customer requirements are handled properly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a related industry.
• Previous sales experience in the UAE is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and B2B sales process.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients across the UAE.

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary of AED 7,000–14,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
