Medical Equipment Technician jobs

We are looking for a passionate healthcare professional with strong hands-on experience in Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) operations and a genuine interest in training, mentoring, and developing the next generation of CSSD professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in CSSD and sterile processing.
• Train students on cleaning, decontamination, disinfection, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and storage.
• Demonstrate proper handling and processing of surgical instruments.
• Teach sterilization techniques, infection prevention, and CSSD safety procedures.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
• Evaluate students' knowledge and practical skills.
• Maintain high standards of training, safety, and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on CSSD experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a CSSD Trainer, Instructor, Educator, or Supervisor is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CSSD procedures, sterilization methods, surgical instruments, and infection control.
• Relevant CSSD certification is an advantage.
• Previous hospital/CSSD experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi/UAE are preferred.
