Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts
  • Promote and sell medical supplies and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities within the assigned Abu Dhabi & Al Ain territory
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nurses, procurement officers, department heads, and hospital administrators
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present products, address customer needs, and provide product information/training
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor stock levels at key accounts and coordinate timely order fulfillment with internal logistics/supply chain teams
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity within the supplies and consumables segment
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, call plans, and customer feedback to management
  • Participate in tenders, bids, and contract renewals as required
  • Represent the company at relevant medical exhibitions, conferences, and healthcare events

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience within the UAE, ideally in medical supplies/consumables
  • Prior experience working with Rafeed and CCAD (Abu Dhabi) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or related discipline preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license – Mandatory
  • Based in or willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain/UAE healthcare market and key hospital accounts

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
