Medical Equipment Company jobs in Dubai

Responsible for promoting, selling, installing, commissioning, and servicing medical equipment and consumables while providing technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, installations, and user training.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical issues, spare parts, and warranty support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, service reports, and maintain CRM records.
• Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in medical equipment sales and/or service is preferred.
• Strong technical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• UAE healthcare market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
